REGISTRATION POLICIES
Registration will not be processed without full payment. Payment must be made by cheque or credit card in Canadian dollars only. Retail Council of Canada reserves the right to cancel this event and will only be responsible for refunding registration fee prices. Refunds will not be processed after February 21, 2026.
GROUP DISCOUNT
Apply an additional 20% group discount on each registration when 5 or more people register at the same time. Group discounts can be used with early bird and regular rates, they do not apply to promotional pricing or Junior Professional rates. Email events@retailcouncil.org if you do not see this discount automatically applied.
SUBSTITUTIONS
CANCELLATIONS
