By acknowledging these Retail Secure Legends, the awards program aims to inspire others in the industry, foster a culture of excellence, and highlight the crucial role played by these individuals in maintaining safety, security, and profitability in retail.

Nominations are welcomed from across the industry, encompassing diverse roles such as store front employees, loss prevention officers, managers, and executives.

Nominated by their peers, winners are selected in three categories:

• Leadership Legend (Director and higher)
• Emerging Legend (any candidate who is not a Director or higher)
• In-Store Legend (anyone, including managers, who work directly in a store or customer facing location)
