Matt has played a pivotal role in shaping crisis management and business continuity programs, forging strong alliances with global partners and law enforcement agencies to enhance organizational resilience. This session examines how retailers and law enforcement in British Columbia are working together to disrupt organized retail crime and what retailers across Canada can apply from that experience. Using real-world case studies, retail LP experts will show how information-sharing protocols, joint response models, and consistent reporting practices are reducing theft, improving employee safety, and strengthening investigations. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of what effective retail–police partnerships look like in practice, what makes them work, and how to initiate or improve similar collaborations in their own regions.
