In this practical workshop, participants will learn and practice how to build a complete investigative process, from the first signs of suspicious activity to collaboration with law enforcement and reporting to the Crown. This session will cover key stages including intelligence gathering, identifying victims, preparing comprehensive reports and evidence packages, and working effectively with police and other retail partners. Participants will also explore best practices for follow-up and outcome tracking to ensure investigations lead to meaningful results and stronger deterrence.
